International Care Pastors Stephen and Pearl Loi Stephen Loi was born in Malaysia and got saved at the age of 9 when God healed him of leukemia. He was baptized in the Holy Spirit alone in the car in 2000. 5 years later, he and Pearl, his wife from Taiwan were called to serve the Lord full time when God spoke to him through interpretation of tongues. Pearl and her family was Buddhist but got saved and God healed her mom of heart disease, high blood pressure, insomnia, and depression. Pearl got filled with the Holy Spirit when she enter a revival meeting in 2005. Stephen graduated with a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University and Pearl graduated 2nd year of Victory Bible Institute Practical Ministry in 2009. Both of them started the Chinese ministry of Victory Christian Center in 2007.
The Vision of Victory International Connect Ministry is to build strong ethnic connect groups to advance the kingdom of God through sharing the divine love of Jesus Christ.
